Addictive “Cheesy” Kale Chips

“Cheesy” Easy Kale Chips 

(an amazingly addictive snack!)   

Ingredients:

Raya in her Kale Garden

1 Bunch of Kale (stems removed, I use dino or green curly kale)
2 Tbs of oil (I use olive)
1/4-1/3 cup of nutritional yeast
Sea salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Preheat oven to 200 F.  Wash, de-stem, and dry the kale.  Tear into small pieces.  Sprinkle with the rest of the ingredients.  Spread kale out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.  Cook in oven for 30 minutes. Remove kale from the oven, turn kale over, and put back into the oven for 15-30 more minutes.  Note; depending on your oven and how crispy you like it, play with the cooking time.  These are so good, there are never any leftovers.
