Sami’s millet and flax pizza crust
Muir Glen and/or Rustic Crust Pizza Sauce
oil of your choice (safflower, sunflower, olive)
herbamare (to taste)
black pepper (to taste)
kalamata olives
variations: spinach, broccoli, garlic, kale


Start with Sami’s pizza crust. Generously coat with Muir Glen and/or Rustic Crust Pizza Sauce (mix and match as you like) Saute veggies in oil. In this variation there are onions, peppers, mushrooms. Spice with pepper and herbamare to taste. Sprinkle sliced kalamata olives on top. Bake 15-18 minutes at 350 F, depending on how crispy you like your crust. One could also use spinach, broccoli, garlic, kale. Experiment!


It’s easy to make two and save some for lunch the next day or freeze one for when you are feeling like having pizza and don’t have time to make it, but don’t want the store bought one. Perfect preparedness plan! No one will ever know that there is no cheese on top. Well, they might notice, but they will not miss it.
