Ingredients:
3 pears cored and de-seeded
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbs of lime juice
1 tbs of coconut aminos
1 tbs of minced ginger
2 tsp of sea salt
Method:
Blend all of the ingredients in the vitamix, except the oil. Add oil in last. This is incredible on any salad, but goes particularly well with the Pomegranate Pear Quinoa salad.
